Well, what can we say here, We Love Students!!! Really we do!!! We have a steadily growing student portfolio, ranging from three and four bedrooms to a huge nine bedroom maisonette above a pub in the centre of the City!!! Our fees at the moment are £130.00 + VAT each,  but this will have the massive benefit of including a YEARS CONTENTS INSURANCE with Endsleigh Insurance, the souths leading student insurers. Basically, we've done a deal with them that will allow us to get you full contents insurance for stuff like your ipods and laptops that get trashed at the inevitable party, and the extra £30.00 we are charging is exactly what we are being charged, no uplift on it, and it's half the price than you could get if you went to them yourselves.  So there you can see that again we've gone out of our way to show how much we care!!!

We will need each student to provide us with a guarantor, usually a parent or relative.  If this cannot be done, then that student will usually have to pay a three month deposit instead. 

We need to collect six weeks rent as a damage deposit against the property, and we have a strict six week policy from the day you put down your holding deposit / agency fees, to having the damage deposit collected, guarantor contracts returned and the assured shorthold tenancy agreement signed by all parites.  If this deadline is missed you may forfeit the proeprty and lose your agency fees.

The holding deposit acts as your agency fee, and are non-refundable unless the agency is at fault.
