We are happy to acommodate both students and professionals in the Brighton area. We have a steady stream of student accommodation, from one to five bedrooms, as well as some of the more middle of the range properties suitable for the working person.

Our rates are very competitive, and our agency fee is just one week's rent.

We have a special relationship with new foreign arrivals in Brighton. We can usually find some very low rent studios that will allow you to integrate into Brighton's society, finding your feet till you are ready to find something a bit more comfortable or "up market".

Some of landlords accept housing benefit; others specify that their tenants must be workers, whilst some feel that students are more appropriate. Either way, we are sure that we can find a property to suit your needs.
