Landlords Advice

Brighton Accommodation Agency has been letting and managing property in Brighton for over thirty years, and if there is one thing that this experience has taught us it is that every landlord, tenant and property is different. Therefore we strive to provide a tailor made service that will meet the individual requirements of our landlords.

We believe strongly that the most important thing is to find the right tenant for your property; therefore we work closely with our landlords to ensure that they are comfortable with the tenants who we put forward. All prospective tenants are thoroughly vetted through independent third party referencing companies as the right tenant is the key to a smooth running tenancy.

Your property will be marketed on all the major property portals, our own website and in the window of our prominent high street office. We keep a close eye on the performance of your property, and you will be given regular updates and feedback from viewings.
