Dan purchased Brighton Accommodation Agency in August 2004. Having always been interested in property,and coming from a local family well known for property investment and business, the challenge of buying an independent Sales and letting agent, and running against the big corporates was something that couldn't be passed over.

Having previously managed a successful international sales company, it was always going to be a different breed of agency, but with a history of success in a variety of fields, a slow but definite progress was always going to happen.

Taking all his experience with him, and aiming to incorporate a high level of customer service and after care as company principles, he has managed to build a team that has embraced these ideas and pushed forward with them. In seven years the company portfolio has doubled year on year and with expansion into investor landlords, property development and acquisitions all top priorities, the future is looking busy and bright.

Jay Melton-Ball - Office Manager

Jay is Brighton born and bred and has been an Estate agent for over seven years working for two of the largest Estate agency chains in the country within the Brighton area. Whilst working for these agents he has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge within the property industry and has great knowledge of the local area. He has been a consistent top performer winning many awards. He always provides excellent customer service and has dealt with all types of buyers and sellers within the Brighton & Hove area.

Anne Webb - Administration

Anne has been with the company since June 2010 and has many years of experience in administration and working in the sales industry. Her day to day tasks include client referencing, liasing with Guarantors and ensuring property details are prepared correctly and efficiently. Anne is very motivated and approachable and is always willing to go that extra mile to achieve the best possible results.

Gemma Bray

Gemma is an administrator with over 15 years' experience and has been with the company since March 2011. She prides herself on providing first class customer service. Gemma is an approachable and friendly member of the team who is always happy to help.

Beth is the newest member of the team; responsible for viewings, registering applicants, updating landlords on viewing feedback and admin. She has previous agency experience working for an established agent in the Brighton and Hove area.
